Sooo comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room exceeded my expectations and was spotless. Good sized tv with everything you need and wifi available. The towels in the bathroom were so soft and again it was spotless. I booked this room based on the breakfast reviews and it didn't disappoint. Good selection of hot and cold food and the English Breakfast was delicious. The venue hosts were so friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy and hassle free. Perfect location for staying in Ulverston and the carpark is just across the road and very cheap.

Great location with lots to do. House was very clean and Diane was really helpful. Lovely welcome basket when we got there too which was a nice touch and our first Christmas tree of the season. Would stay again in the future

The warm welcome with tea and cake available as we arrived. The log fire, and guest lounge to chill on a cold winter's eve. Our host was attentive, hospitable and full of amusing stories. She also recommended local hostelries for our eve meal.
