+ £146 Damage deposit to pay in cash on arrival + 1 bathroom shared between 8 guests (no public toilets close by) + Bathroom door lock is broken (a man walked in on me having a shower, I kept screaming at him to get out) + No toilet roll for the whole duration (no staff, just a number to call and the man didn't help) + Dirty towels (someone left their belongs and it looked like the room wasn't cleaned) + Desk is hanging off the wall (just don't move the fan or it will fall off) + Cheap asda hand sanitizer and shower gel (expected more for an expensive room) + Skylight windows are cracked, don't open, and blinds are broken + No sleep (someone in the room next to me was playing loud music untill 4am) + Tv and wifi didn't work + Dirty cups in the kitchen with no cleaning equipment + No mirror or heating in the room I'm just warning you - this is the worst place I've ever stayed at, it ruined my time in London!

Could do with a draining tray for plates, cups and bowls after they are washed up for meal. Could do with a few simple tips on how to get the Tv, fireplace working.
